The Law Office of Attorney At Law Radosław Stefaniak operates on the basis of the Act on Attorney at Laws 1982 as well as Code of Ethics of the Attorney-at-Law.

Pursuant to the above-mentioned legal acts, Attorney at Law is obliged to:

  • keep confidential all facts and circumstances which he learned in connection with the provided legal assistance,
  • avoid conflicts of interest,
  • have civil liability insurance.

PRIVACY POLICY

On the basis of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection – hereinafter referred to as GDPR)

I hereby inform that:

  2. Your personal data will be processed only for the purpose of performing the contract – i.e. art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  3. Your data may only be transferred to the entities participating in the execution of the order as well as entities providing IT services to the Law Office.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract based on the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator.
  5. You have the right to submit request to the Data Controller to access personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit processing
  6. Should you come to conclusion that the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller violates any of the provisions of the GDPR and other legal acts (in particular the Polish Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). The complaint is free of charge.
  7. Providing personal data to the Data Controller is voluntary, however, please be advised that refusal to provide data may result in the refusal to conclude a contract.
