Radosław Stefaniak

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration – University of Gdansk (2012), master’s thesis: realization of claims from maritime hypothecation. He was later a legal trainee at the Gdansk Bar Association of Attorney at Law (under the patronage of Attorney-At Law Michał Rzeszewicz).

During his studies and work he gathered experience by providing legal counsel to shipping companies on areas such as:

• Tax Law (including double taxation agreements),
• Social Security Law,
• Commercial Law,
• Commercial Companies Law,
• Law on Foreigners,
• as well as Polish & European personal data protection law.

Member of the Polish Maritime Law Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Prawa Morskiego).

Hobbies: political and military history (particularly 20^th and 21^st century), strategic games, literature, music from 70 to 90’s
